sure about the answer above? sovereign cruises are event and convention planners not a cruise line.
they design and sell packages on most cruiselines (including rccl) for groups only.
if you have
a group, speak to the cruise lines directly as they have departments that will plan events for you. i am
sure it would work out cheaper.
