Answer Base

I plan to travel to these countries during my winter vacation (end of january to mid february) but am a bit worried that cold winds + heavy snow might hinder my travels. any advice anyone ? my friends who visited prague 2 years ago for example, said the whole city was covered in snow, an pretty much they had to paddle their way across the city to get to anywhere they wanted to. then another group of friends visited again this year in february and the whole place was high and dry. not a spot of snow. just chilly. and they said it was due to the global warming phenomenon. what about this year? any predictions on what the weather is going to be like?
