a bus but it all depends on the time you arrive.you could try google ing ( rejika porec bus service)

note rijeka airport is some distance from rijeka town on the island of krk 1 1/2 hrs away.( i pula airport is nearer to porec )
lonely planet guide 1999 quotes a 3 hr bus time from rijeka town to porec so you may have to find a b&b for the first night in town. best of luck .
