I need to know about the inhibition of adh ethanol metabolism by acetaldehyde and i have looked everywhere for articles- scirus, ebsco, biomed central, pubmed central, web of science etc etc and i cannot find anything even remotely relevant! does anybody know of any decent articles, or where i can find any? cheers. i have already got that one. its not particularly useful. yahoo only gave me the option to post this here, so blame their software, not me.

First of all you should have posted this in biology. pubmed is the best for scientific journals for medicine/biology. google is also an excellent search engine. try changing the (combination of) keywords to get more results. e.g. it was very easy to find http://www.pubmedcentral.nih.gov/articlerender.fcgi?artid=1184006
