Mortgage on caravan?

Does someone know if you can get a uk mortgage on a caravan or holiday home (which is based also in the uk) that you want to use during winter and rent in summer?thanks

Not on caravans but you may get one on a holiday home i have a pal who has a mortgage on one of those log cabin type properties in fleetwood
