Cancellation rights on a mobile phone contract.?
I recently ( 1 day ago) entered into a mobile phone contract with g3 on the understanding that my area was well covered for the service. this has proved not to be the case and i get intermitent service. can i cancel my contract?
Answer
There should be no problem, if you brought over the phone you have 7 days distant selling policy which eone has to offer, if you brought it in store, as long as you do it asap the network does have to provide network within your home. if they advised you that you would get reception you can even claim over miss selling! you will only be charged line rental for the days you had the handset and any calls ( so not much)nice luck!!
