I am on an 18 month contract (started may 20th 2006) with t-mobile and for various reasons, i am considering cancelling the contract. what is the cancellation charge/penalty bearing in mind that this is an 18 month contract?

$200.00 is the termination fee...and it depends on why you are canceling service. if you move to an area that does not get coverage of if the account holder dies you can cancel the contract without the fee..
