If you are working 4 hours or more, you are entitled to a 15min break, if you are working more than 8 hours, you are also entitled to a 1/2 hour break. if you are working more than 10 hours, you would also be entitled to a second 15 min break.you can do what you want on the breaks so yes, you should be allowed to sleep if you wish.
