I often have to cut and paste large amounts of text from one email (in my inbox) to another i am composing, but when i do all the paragraph breaks disappear leaving a solid block of text.why is this and can i do anything about it?it is getting annoying having to put all the breaks in again e time.

Try paste special leaving in all formatting - depending on your email client
