Where is a nice beach holiday destination for somewhere which is hot in november?

We are looking to go to tunisia but not sure what its like at that time of the year. can someone come up with some other suggestions? we are looking for sightseeing, a beach, and plenty to do.

I keep saying it! egypt - any red sea destination - shaem el sheik is quite popular! brilliant excursion are offered too - its the most amazing country.
