Cambodia or lao for a short break?
Staying in issan area of thailand for a few weeks but fancy a few days either in lao or cambodia to do some bargain shopping & sight seeing.so which country should i visit?

Angor wat was nice but laos was the clear winner of south east asia for me. luang prabang, i really could not recommend it highly . if you want to look at a huge temple then go with angor wat but the people and the scenery was better in laos.
