If you rent your and there is damp in the home and the landlord wouldnt do anything about it?
L am on the council list and they have got a letter for my health vistor about the damp in my home and its not helping with my children
health will the council move me

They may do but its unlikely, they will probably get enviromental health involved who will tell your landlord to sort out the problem,and if he doesnt he will be fined.i read in my local paper recently that a family were in the same position as you and the council wouldnt move them.
