Are there any photographers that work and focus on fashion and clothings throughout the years maybe a new trend and brand etc and also culture photographers on different religion and tradition clothings??

Fashion photography is a huge business.best thing to do is research the pages of vogue/fashion magazines and find the credit notes.. this will tell you the photographers.also, if you are looking for up and coming photographers.. look in i-d magazine, a lot of these photographers are young and have innovative ideas.
