I am studying health and social care a level and i dont understand this question. how can service users be supported to exercise their rights:- *the right to have their voices heard * the right to receive up to date information * the right to b provided with active support * the right to advocacy help i dont get it!x

Your service users are the people you look after. accepted answers include : making their own food choices, talking to them about any care plans in place for them, how you can support them filling forms in etc, their right to ask anyone else to be present and explain things to them in their own terms/language. nice luck.
