I got an indefinite leave to remain in the uk on the marriage basis,i get it 7 months ago, now my wife left me without saying any reasons,now she and her family members are putting an alligations that i was mad,drunker,and used to beat her though it never happen.especilly her dad is a extremely
crafty person(with a criminal background of credit card fraud and lods of bad things)
they are tring to drag me in the court of law and wanna
kick me out from the uk.they have borrowd my lot of money,i gave it to them coz i thought they are as my mom-dad but they never return it.

know can these things effect on my immigration status?and when i can apply to get nationality?and what should i do if they drag me in the court,i would like to say that (1)we dont have a baby(2)we dont have a house(3) i never wanted to leave my wife(4)i still want she come back but she dont wanna

I believe that once you have indefinite leave to remain your marital status can change without affecting your immigration status. with respect to applying for nationality, you must have lived in the uk for five years - if you are married this is reduced to three years. since presumably you are still technically married it may be that you can go ahead and apply anyway, but i strongly recommend you to consult a solicitor who deals in immigration matters - the law is complex and it is difficult to be sure of your situation without being able to ask you questions and check your documents.
