Based on the scenario where someone has used a stolen credit card in a shop - obviously statement from shop detailing propery missing and the fact that x used the card. maybe cctv footage as well for identification purposes. till roll to show card details etc statement from owner of stolen card what other evidence can you think of?

Fingerprint evidence to show that person has handled the card if it is found otherwise on their person and they dispute any knowledge or dealing with the card?
