Can i claim payment from credit card company for service not provided by recently bankrupted company?
I made the payment for a four year servicing contract with a credit card. the contract has three years to run. i had no idea that the company had gone bust until i rang them to ask for a call out. i was told by the new occupants of the building. a strange fact being that the new company had details about me on their database.
