Solicitor wants too see proof off residence as im buying a house...?
What could be suitable? i live with my mother now, no council and utility bills all in her name. although when i got mortgage i showed a letter from my bank clarifying i have always been addressed at my mothers house. will this be good for solicitor, i am worried as i have to sign the contract. i have lots off id e.g full driving licence, passport you name it ive got it lol. also solicitor said in letter he wants see cheque guarantee card/credit card aswell but i only having a visa electron debit card will this be ok? thank you in advance, have a lovely evening.mwah xxsorry im panicking as getting the mortgage was stressful .but you see im showing him bank statement anyway because he wants proof deposit for house came out off my account but still wants see residence proof.
