I get the error message error this application does not support windows media player 9 beta or release candidate versions. install the windows media player 9 final release to use this application. use the following error code when writing to yahoo! help. (error code: 18) i have uninstalled and reinstalled the windows media player version as instructed, but without any success.

I think u might download realplayer 2 if neeeded, and actually depends on the file type !
