Does anyone know of a secure debit or credit card where e
time i use it the long number accross the middle changes along with the cvv number and also where i can put a limit on each transaction. basically a virtual card. i know cahoot do one but i am
looking for an alternative. i also need to be able to receive refunds back to card.

There is a scheme in the uk where you can buy a card from a newsagent, called 3vcash, where you buy it for,s ay, £10 and you can use it like a normal visa card untill you use it all up. however, you cant top it up and you need to buy a new one when it runs out. as for refunds.no chance with this i dont think. check out the website www.3vcash.comother than that, i cant really help you matey. nice luck
