This has been going on for months. they certainly dont make it easy to stop taking your money!

I had a similar experience with wanadoo (now orange).-email yahoo! personals that you wish to cancel this service.keep this (sent) email safe.-make sure you get confirmation from yahoo! personals with regards to the cancellation.-i presume you are being charged by direct debit. cancel the direct debit through your bank.if they still try to charge you, the bank will not allow this and they will not get the payment. they may then suspend their services/threaten legal action, in which case you will respond by emailing your original email instructing them to cancel, and also their cancellation confirmation.in any senario, make sure you have the written documents that prove you did instruct them to close your account with them.hope it goes well.
