I want to claim back my credit card charges, can i use the same draft letter that eextremelybody is using for the banks?

As far i have read yes because the whole charges thing was brought about for credit card companies hence the reason they reduced their charges to £12. the link below will give you templates, info and has a forum if u got questions. i say go for it and if necessary improvise the information is available. nice luck
