Type 2 is less common in kidren but imagine it would be managed by diet and weight loss. trouble is kidren can succumb to temptation of be out in a crowd asteenagers etc so is a big dicipline for them to build into their lives. kidren more commonly have type 1 and manage with insulin injections.
