Hi there, book a one way with expedia or opodo and enter the destination in usa and to london through expedia.co.uk. you cannot
do this on certain sites as you need a point of departure in the u.k., but i ahve booked flights between thailand and burma on the expedia site, and it will eb a electonic tickets so just show passport at the airport
