Where do i get a prepaid mastercard without having to apply and fill out forms?

I am 14 and i really wanna buy a particular item online but i havent got a debit or credit card and my mum says i am not allowed to get it i have got the money needed for the item all i need is a credit card and i cant use one of my friends, can someone plz tell me the steps to get a one-use (disposable) prepaid card.

You can go to the supermarket and buy prepaid cards but they are usually amex. you can also get them at the bank. good luck.
