Anyone
had any dealings with localbroker.com for car insurance.?
I have been on the hunt for car insurance and have been quoted between £185 - £566 for fully comp on a 1988 ford ka2.
seems
a difference, localbroker.com being the cheapest, with the next one being £300+.
diamond & sheilas wheels were the dearest. so much for helping us females eh?
Answer
Not tried them, but i would advise you to stay away from churchill. their customer service is appalling.i got an excellent quote from the post office from www.confused.com (£161 for a 95m nissan micra). my worst quote was from diamond (they want £600+).i have noticed that all insurers take different things into account when working out your quote. for instance, some will give you a discount if you are a teacher or if you are married (my car insurance fell dramatically when i got married). as for localbroker, find out what the policy covers and excludes, it may have ridiculous excesses or not cover certain things. all read the small print.
