My internet browser has bee hijacked by shopping search engines. can any1 help pls??
Yeh can use e mail and favourites ok its just instead of directly getting onto new homepage im put through to a shopping, commercial, buying type sites.
think something diverts me away from where i wanna go and puts in a buying, commercial search engine instead.
have tried system reco
but i think some bug or divertor has attached itself to my browsing tabs...can i kill this fucker? if so pls tell me how...many thanx johnny

Go to http://www.downloads.com and search for hijackthis. this will get rid of the hijacker that has taken your browser.
after you run it, you will have to go into your internet options via tools_internet options and type your home page back into your preferences.
